Do you have my product in stock?

On each individual product page there is a stock level indicator to show what is available. We do not display out of stock items. If you have seen something on our site and can no longer find it, or have ordered the item in the past, it’s always worth a phone call to find out when new stock will be arriving.

Do you deliver the Next Day?

Accepted Answer

We do! – Many of our products qualify for Next Day Delivery. In addition, we use a brilliant courier service who can send you a 1 hour delivery notification on the morning of your delivery as well as a ‘You’re Next’ message when the driver is one delivery away! What delivery options do you offer?

On many of our tools, we have a few different delivery options to help you get your parcel whenever it’s convenient for you. We offer Next Day on many tools and two additional premium delivery services: one is 'Next Day Delivery before 10.30am' and the other is 'Saturday Delivery.' You can make your selection of delivery at checkout. For most of our deliveries, we require a signature to ensure they arrive safely. Please ensure someone is available at your work or home to receive the delivery.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your goods have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email to the address provided – it is important to provide us with a valid email address as this is the quickest and most efficient way for us to contact you.

My goods arrived damaged, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

We are sorry to hear your goods have not arrived in the expected condition. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, please contact us immediately and provide details of your order along with photographs of the damage. We may ask for these details to help arrange a quick replacement or return.

There is an item missing from my order.

Accepted Answer

If you are missing an item from your order, please call us so we can investigate. It may be that the items were sent individually, or the item could be out of stock. We will check our records and advise you accordingly. Please also review your emails for any communication from us regarding your order.

Question 7

How do I return an order?

Accepted Answer

You may return your order to us at our company address within 14 working days. Please ensure the items are returned in the same packaging they were received in, securely wrapped to ensure they arrive safely. Once received and checked for sellable condition, we will issue a full refund for the product value.

My order hasn’t arrived, please help?

Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to ensure the item is expected. Remember, if your order was placed past 3pm, it may take an extra working day. Keep your phone handy as a courier might contact you for further directions. If you still have concerns, feel free to call us and we will investigate the delay.

Our extensive range means we can’t be experts on every product, but we do collect product reviews from our customers. Often, reviews from like-minded tradespeople provide useful insights. We encourage you to read these reviews and leave your own feedback after your purchase.

What warranty do I get with my order?
